Being health conscious and gluten intolerant myself, I became aware that there is limited availibility for nutritious food that does not contain additives.
From our country cottage kitchen high in the North Pennines, my husband and I prepare and cook healthy, wholesome food. Our kitchen lies at the heart of everday life here at Weardale Coeliac's Choice. We use the same natural ingredients that you would have in your own kitchen.
We carefully select our local farmers and growers, who have to care about the food they produce in the same way as we do, choosing the crunchiest, tastiest vegetables.
After dicing, chopping and simmering, they are all transformed into fresh, hearty soups - just as if you'd made them yourself!
Recently we have taken our passion a few steps further and now produce Coeliacs' Choice bakery products including home-made, gluten-free quiches, scones, muffins and biscuits. All of our soups are free from thickeners, stabilizers and preservatives and suitable for Coeliac sufferers.
We hope you enjoy our soups just as much as we enjoy making them.
